Ted earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lincoln University in 1989 (Magna Cum Laude) and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992. After spending several years working for various insurance companies, Ted focused his law practice representing consumers and small businesses in over 2000 bankruptcy cases during the last 16 years.
Ted believes bankruptcy law is based on the Old Testament law of Jubilee regarding debt forgiveness and economic justice, found in Leviticus, Chapter 25. “It is my passion to help good people in bad financial situations.” Ted Tinsman
