Janice has served as the firm’s real estate paralegal since 1994. Foreclosures, IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, real estate closings, partition suits and all types of deed preparation are just some of the areas of real estate that are included in a typical day at the firm for Janice. Janice and her husband, Randy, live south of Buffalo, Missouri. She is a member of the Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce; Member of Charity Christian Church, where she serves as church pianist; and a Republican Committeewoman for Jackson Township in Dallas County since 1984.
